SWIM COURSE

swim-course
The indoor pool is 25-yards long with six lanes. Serpentine (snake-style) swim start means swimmers line up according to their estimated 300-yard swim time, fastest swimmers first. Swimmers will be started every 15 seconds. Staying to your right, swim down and back in the first lane, go under rope, down and back second lane, under rope, down and back third lane, etc., completing all six lanes. When finished, exit pool area to transition.

RUN COURSE

The run course is fast and level on mostly closed roads. There will be one water station serving runners both out and back.

BIKE COURSE

The bike course is very fast and mostly flat on open road.
